DIVE DEEPER

There are different options on the Goal setting page.

An Open Goal just tracks a set time per day.

If you set a Deadline Goal, PolyNome will adjust the daily target to keep you on track. That is, if you miss a day, your target for the next day will automatically be increased to keep you on track!

  • Open Goals (a certain time per day)
  • Deadline Goals (a certain time by a specific date)
  • Target Goals (a certain time with no daily target)
  • Tempo Goals (a certain tempo by a certain date)
