Hello People,
I programmed a Warm Up Routine that drum prof and YouTuber Quincy Davis explained in one of its videos (go check his channel, great jazz and swing stuff).
I think it’s not exactly the same but kind of. I work with it quite often and try to play it without accents (finger control), with accent on the first stroke and with accent on the last stroke (down stroke / up stroke / taps).
