This is a preset to practice the note value chart from a whole note untill 32nd note used and explained by Chris Coleman within his ABC Method. Check out his instruction dvd to find our more. It is meant to start 2 bars of a whole note, then 2 bars half note, quarter, 1/8, 1/16 and 1/32 and back. Change the tempo if you like to, or use the auto adjust tempo of PolyNome. I will make a new preset later with triplets etc. added.
