This exercise consists of playing accented 5 note groupings (R l r l l) over quintuplets, 16ths, and sextuplets.
When played over 16ths, the accent vs the quarter note gives you a 4:5 polyrhythm.
When played over sextuplets, the accent vs the quarter note gives you a 6:5 polyrhythm.
