FAQ and Troubleshooting

Premium features are still locked

You installed a Premium offer, but you can't access Premium features

After redeeming a trial of Premium features you may need to Restore Purchases within PolyNome for the Premium features to become available.

Open PolyNome and choose “Premium” from the menu.
Tap the big blue button at the bottom (it’ll say “Try It Free” or “Continue”)
Tap “Restore Purchases”

You should see an alert to indicate that purchases have been restored. Premium features should now be unlocked.

If you see an alert that says no purchases could be found, it’s possible that redeeming the offer didn’t properly complete. Try the following:

Go to Settings on your iOS device
Tap your name at the top of the screen
Tap “Subscriptions” and check that PolyNome is showing up in the ACTIVE subscriptions.

If PolyNome isn’t showing in the ACTIVE subscriptions, try installing again from the link at the top of this page, or get in touch.

Will this work on all my Apple devices?

Once installed, you’ll be able to use this on all your devices that share an iTunes account – iPhone, iPad, Mac – just as if you’d purchased it from the App Store.

Please Restore Purchases on your other devices to make sure the updates are applied (see above)

Cancelling the free trial

How do I make sure I'm not automatically billed when the free trial ends?

If you don’t wish to continue with the Premium features after the trial ends, you can cancel your subscription by following these instructions:

Go to Settings on your device
Tap on your name to view your Apple account details
Tap on “Subscriptions” (on mac this is under Media & Purchases)
Select the PolyNome subscription and choose to Cancel it

Manually redeeming a code (for iOS)

If the text above says your code is for the iOS version, and the automatic link doesn’t work, try the instructions below

Step 1: Open the App Store

Find the App Store icon on your home screen and open it.

Step 2: Tap on your profile

Your profile icon may look a bit different (maybe it’s a beautiful picture of you). Anyways, please tap on it.

Step 3: Tap on Redeem Gift Card or Code

Right after you have tapped on “Redeem Gift Card or Code” you need to sign in with your Apple ID. Enter the password and proceed to step 4.

Step 4: Tap to enter the code

Now tap on the button “You can also enter your code manually.” and enter the promo code – Invalid code

Now give it a few seconds as the App Store validates your entered code.

Step 5: Sit back, relax and open the app

If the entered promo code was fine, the app store will automatically start to download and install the app.

When everything is finished, you can open the app right away.
